LIFE1 connects with 300+ wearables and health devices through our Terra API integration. This includes Apple Watch, Oura Ring, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit, Dexcom CGM, and many more. We also integrate with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. LIFE1 is HIPAA compliant, GDPR compliant, and PIPEDA compliant. We use 256-bit AES encryption, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and we never sell your data. Your health data is yours - you can export or delete it anytime.
What is Smart Day Plan?
Smart Day Plan is our AI-powered daily schedule optimizer. It analyzes your sleep, HRV, recovery data, and goals to create a personalized daily schedule. It tells you when to eat, exercise, take supplements, and sleep for optimal results.
