We protect your PHI using administrative, physical, and technical safeguards including 256-bit encryption, secure AWS HealthLake infrastructure, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.

We reserve the right to change this notice and make the new provisions effective for all PHI we maintain. Current notices are available on our website and upon request.

Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
